KRAKÓW, POLAND – September 18–22, 2026 – For five days this September, Kraków will become a meeting point for the international street photography community as Worldwide Streets joins forces with local street photography collective UNRECOGNISED COLLECTIVE to present a large-scale exhibition featuring more than 30 photographers from around the world.
Hosted at Poczta Główna in the heart of Kraków, the exhibition brings together established and emerging photographers from Europe, Asia, North and South America, showcasing contemporary approaches to street and documentary photography. The exhibition explores everyday life across cultures through visual storytelling, offering visitors perspectives from places all around the world.
Rather than focusing on iconic landmarks, the participating artists document fleeting moments, human interaction and the poetry of everyday life—revealing how ordinary streets become extraordinary through observation.

The exhibition opens with a public vernissage on Friday, September 18 at 6:00 PM, featuring a live performance by Kraków-based band Meandry. Admission is free throughout the event. Around the event many activities will take place, such as workshops, photowalks and talks.
Founded to connect photographers across continents, WORLDWIDE STREETS has quickly developed into an international platform organizing exhibitions, publications and collaborative projects dedicated to contemporary street and documentary photography. The collaboration with the local collective UNRECOGNISED COLLECTIVE brings together two communities committed to supporting independent photographic voices and cross-cultural exchange.
Among the exhibiting photographers are Michael Szpot, Gustavo Minas, Sébastien Hirsch, Peter Kalnbach, Greg Mo, Andrew James Campbell, Melchior Dias Santos, Mark Seymour, Ekaterina Kutikova, Stefanie Waiblinger, Darren Sacks, Viktar Skurat, Sébastien Jean, Erdem Yıldız, Max Burgess, Jacek Sczlak, Jarosław Wiśniewski, Bartosz Michalik, Grzegorz Milewski and many others (final line-up will be updated soon).
"We believe photography has the power to connect people beyond language and borders. Bringing photographers from so many different countries to Kraków creates an opportunity not only to experience remarkable work, but also to meet the artists behind it"
Visitors can expect a diverse exhibition ranging from vibrant urban scenes to intimate documentary moments, reflecting the richness and complexity of life in cities around the globe.
